How to install deep loose machine scientifically
When installing, install the deep loose knife first. Install the support frame again. , install deep limit wheels at both ends of the main beam. After mounting, use the hydraulic mechanism of the tractor to lift the deep loose machine slightly, off the ground, and adjust the left and right support rods to the transport position. Deep machine traction resistance is larger, generally with a higher power tractor matching.
Use adjustment method of deep loose machine
Before the unit enters the operation, the deep loose machine should be adjusted to the correct working state.
1. Level adjustment
To keep the frame beam level, the cutting depth of the knives on both sides is equal. Adjust the length of the left and right derrick of the suspension mechanism, and the phenomenon is not horizontal.
2. Adjustment of the soiling Angle
In order to keep a reasonable Angle of the horizontal knife, the length of the hanging mechanism "upper pull bar" can be adjusted. When the deep loosening parts have reached a reasonable operating Angle, the mark on the right side of the beam should correspond to the arrow.
3. Adjust the direction of travel
In order to make the direction of the deep loose machine and the direction of the tractor, should adjust the two sides of the three-point suspension mechanism pull rod, so that the beam and the direction of the forward state to maintain a right Angle.
4, the depth of the soil adjustment
On the general soil, in order to enhance soil water storage for the purpose, according to the plow bottom situation, choose 30-45 cm of soil depth. When adjusting, change the installation position of the depth limiting wheel according to different holes. Note that both depth limiting wheels should be at the same height. In the north corn growing area, in order to reduce the number of times the tractor enters the field, the combined deep loosening and rotary tillage machine is often used. The combined machine can accomplish both shallow rotary stubble and deep soil loosening at the same time. The deep loosener is connected to the output shaft of the tractor by a drive shaft. When connecting, install universal joint and pin. Install another universal joint on the tractor. Reverse when the tractor undersuspension is raised to the same height as the deep slack suspension pin. Connect the drive shaft in reverse.
Note that the openings of adjacent universal joints at both ends should be in the same plane. The length of the drive shaft must match the type of the tractor, to ensure that the shaft and sleeve are not dead when the deep loosening machine is lifted, and there should be enough matching length. Adjust the horizontal tie rod on both sides of the tractor to keep the joint working machine level; Adjust the pull bar of the tractor to keep the joint working machine in the correct direction; Adjust the position of deep limit wheel and deep loose shovel to make the working depth meet the requirements of agronomy.
