3. Clean and check the spraying machine. Clean the medicine barrel to avoid unnecessary loss of medicine left over from last filling. Check the position of the engine oil level, professional paddy field spraying machine, not lower than the standard scale, and the color is normal, the viscosity is appropriate. Check the lubricating oil level of the high pressure pump, not lower than the scale line. Check that there is enough gasoline and that the air filter is clean. Whether all kinds of fixing screws are tightened, whether the length of the high pressure pipe is enough, whether there is damage.
4, the operator in the start of the first close the water valve, open the unloading handle to make it in the pressure relief state, and the pressure of the high pressure pump to a small adjustment. When starting the engine in the cold state, close the damper first, open the throttle to the starting position or larger, and then open the damper timely after starting. The engine can be started by opening the damper.
5, open the water valve, and adjust the high pressure pump to the required pressure, uniform spray. The continuous working time of the spraying machine should not exceed 4h.

1. After 50 hours of working, the filter element should be replaced with a new one.
2. Start the machine for 3-5 minutes and then close it. Remove the oil screws to release the dirty oil and add new oil.
3. The filter element of the air filter should be checked frequently. When the machine is weak or not easy to start, clean the filter. The paper filter element should be used to blow out the dust or knock out the dust. Sponge filter element can be cleaned with soapy water or other detergents and installed after drying.
4. The new machine must change the oil after 5 hours of use, and then change the oil every 30 hours. When changing the oil, the power machine and the pump body change oil at the same time. When changing the oil, change the engine.
5. After each work, clean the whole machine, check whether the working parts are loose and tighten in time. After each work, fill with water, rinse the barrel, pump body and tube gun.
