The major features of this machine are as follows:
1.The working width of this machine ranges from 2 meters to 3.8 meters and the number of seeding rows ranges from 6 to 20. A shared subsoiler is operated in every 4 or 5 rows and can dig as deep as 25cm or even 30 cm, reaching the depth of the side ditch. This enhances both the land ventilation and the water- holding capacity.
2.The rowing space can be decided freely from 10cm to 25 cm, which helps solve the airing and lighting problems that may occur when oil crops are densely planted. This also reduces the risk of plant diseases and boosts yields.
3.The plant spacing is between 5cm and 15cm. 10 thousand to 40 thousand plants can be grown in an acre of land(≈ 667 square meters), which guarantees the high-yield cultivation in direct-seeding condition.
4.The novelty of this machine also lies in the application o f this technique: deep side fertilizing while sowing seeds. That's to say, with the help of this technique, seeds are sowed on top of the fertilizers. So this kind of precision seeding and targeted fertilizing can reduce the waste and pollution caused by volatilization or rain wash. Meanwhile, the application of slow release fertilizers will save at least 20% of fertilizers every acre.
5.This machine is equipped with the diaphragm pump with ultra-low volume spraying technology, which unmanned aerial vehicles for plant protection usually employ. It can sow seeds and spray weeds concurrently, making the joint precision seeding of oil seed rape and sesame much easier.
6.With modular mechanical structure, this machine is mainly designed for the precision seeding of oil seed rape and sesame. Besides, the seeding unit of it can be adjusted to plant other crops like cabbage,radish, peanut, beans, rice, wheat and so on.
7.It has good scalability and can selectively accommodate any corresponding electronic control unit if you want to fertilize, seed or spray weeds independently. Some other functional modules can be added too, such as GPS measuring of the operation area, electronic surveilance of seeding and fertilizing, and alarm devices of miss-seeding or miss-fertilizing.
