1. Horizontal adjustment

First adjust the level of the suspension headstock beam. The crew stopped on level ground. Rotate the handle on the tractor boom to extend or shorten the length of the boom so that the suspension beam is parallel to the ground. The height of the beam from the ground is determined by the specific tillage depth, the greater the tillage depth, the lower the beam. Then adjust the level of the plow frame. The method is to adjust the adjustment bolts on both ends of the plow suspension head frame (and some other parts) so that the left and right bolts protrude from the beam to the same height. The protrusion height value depends on the specific tillage depth, the greater the tillage depth, the more protrusion. Through the above adjustment, the horizontal level of the plow is basically guaranteed.

2. Vertical water increase adjustment

After the horizontal water level adjustment of the plough frame is completed, the plough frame shall be adjusted longitudinally and horizontally in the trial tillage. During the trial farming, observe whether the large frame (or diagonal beam) of the plow is level. If the front is high and the back is low, the large frame of the plow is difficult to enter the soil or the plough is too shallow, and the upper tie rod should be shortened; otherwise, the upper tie rod should be extended. At this time, it should be noted that the vertical and horizontal adjustment is performed after the horizontal and horizontal adjustment is completed, and the adjustment is only limited to the adjustment of the upper lever. If the length of the pull-down rod is adjusted to change, it will inevitably cause the horizontal and horizontal damage of the plough frame. At this time, even if the plough frame reaches a horizontal state in one tillage state (such as turning right), it is difficult to guarantee that the plough frame can be horizontal in another tilling state (turn left).

3. Adjustment of tillage depth

If it is a plough with height adjustment to control the tillage depth, the ground wheel screw must be adjusted to adjust the tillage depth. Baoding Shuangying 1LF-335 hydraulic flip plow and Shanxi's 1LF-430 hydraulic flip plow control the left and right plow depth through single plow rotation, so the adjustment of the plow depth is relatively simple, as long as one side reaches the predetermined plow depth, the other side The depth of cultivation is guaranteed. Some plow types use double plow wheels to control the left and right plowing depth. For these plow types, the plow depth during left and right plowing must be adjusted separately.

This overturning plow is suitable for plowing and turning operations in dry fields and mature fields with soil specific resistance less than 1.0kg/c㎡. It can also be used in northern paddy fields. It can be used for shuttle-type two-way operation.
