A grass rake is a grass harvesting machine that integrates grass strips with grass that is scattered on the ground. The purpose of wringing is to dry the grass sufficiently and to facilitate hay collection. So, do you know what the categories of rake are? Follow xiaobian to have a look!
Introduction to the classification of rake machines
1. Drum rake
The main working part is a straw roller rotating about a horizontal axis. The end face of the drum and the forward direction of the machine form an included Angle, that is, the forward Angle; The Angle between the rotary end face of the drum and the tooth rod is the drum Angle. Can be divided into right Angle drum type and bevel drum type two. The drum Angle of the former is 90° and the forward Angle is 45°; The latter drum Angle is less than 90°, forward Angle is greater than 90°; The quality of the straw strips was higher and the loss of straw was smaller. The drum is composed of 3 ~ 6 parallel toothed rods equipped with rows of toothed spring teeth. The two ends of the toothed rod are hinged on the rotary end faces of two parallel rollers to form a parallel four-bar mechanism. Thus, in the process of rotation of the drum, the direction of the toothed spring always keeps parallel to each other. During the operation, the spring teeth move forward randomly and rotate around the horizontal axis at the same time. Under the action of the spring teeth, the grass on the ground forms continuous strips of grass in the same direction as the forward direction on one side of the drum, which are loose and tidy and conducive to the drying of grass and subsequent operations. The size of the grass strip is directly related to the grass yield per unit area of the grassland, so it is suitable for the grassland with higher yield. In low-yield grasslands, double-row roller rake can be used to collect larger strips of grass. Some drum rake can also change the rotation direction of the drum for turning grass. By hanging can be divided into traction type and suspension type two. The latter is driven by the power output shaft of the tractor to rotate the drum, while the former is driven by the walking wheel. The proportion of the rotating speed of the drum and the forward speed of the machine and tools is kept certain. At the same time, there is a large gap in front of the drum, which is conducive to holding grass.
2. Finger wheel rake
A plurality of finger wheels arranged in parallel by looping on the frame shaft. Simple structure, no transmission device. During operation, the fingerwheel contacts the ground and rotates by the friction of the ground, holding the grass to one side to form continuous and neat strips of grass. The included Angle between the finger-wheel plane and the forward direction of the machine is usually 135°. The operation speed can be up to 15 km/h or more, suitable for collecting forage with high yield. Turning grass can be carried out by changing the Angle between the finger wheel plane and the forward direction of the machine and tools.
3. Rotary rake
According to the type of rotating parts, there are two kinds: rake type and spring tooth type. The rotary rake rake is equipped with 6 ~ 8 rakes on each rotating part. When working, the tractor pulls forward, the rake is driven by the power output shaft, and controlled by the fixed CAM installed in the middle, which rotates around the central axis and rotates itself, so as to complete the action of the grass, grass and so on. Rotary spring teeth rake is a rotating part around a number of spring teeth, spring teeth open by rotating centrifugal force, grass operation. If the installation Angle of spring teeth is changed, grass spreading can be carried out. The grass strips collected by the rotary grass rake are loose and drafty, with small loss of grass and light pollution. The working speed can reach 12 ~ 18 km/h, which is easy to match with the picking machine.
