Running-in vehicles must be carefully checked before the tractor every day, timely understanding and grasp the technical conditions of the vehicle. Before the inspection, it should be noted that the vehicle
is parked on the horizontal ground, the key switch is placed in the "OFF" position, the parking brake is pulled to make it work, the gear lever is in the neutral position, and then the car is checked as follows:
1. Check that the front, rear, left and right glass mirrors (including the rear view mirrors) of the cab are cleaned to ensure a good line of sight in all directions.
2. Check the coolant level. During the inspection, the key switch should be turned to the "ON" position to check whether the coolant level alarm light is bright. If it is bright and the buzzer sends out an alarm signal, the coolant must be added; Then turn the key to the "OFF" position. Before filling the coolant, the engine cylinder block and radiator should be checked for leaks, and the sealing and working condition of the filling port pressure cover should be checked. Note: The coolant is recommended to use the brand required by the locomotive manual. It is strictly prohibited to replace the coolant with other water quality, so as to avoid scaling in the cooling system and cause engine overheating.
3. Check the level of engine oil. Pull out the engine oil ruler, wipe it clean with a clean wipe cloth and reinstall the oil ruler. Pull out the oil gauge again to observe the oil level. If the oil level is not between the line and the lower mark, and below the lower mark, to fill the specified lubricating oil, until the upper mark. If the above mark is exceeded, the oil plug of the oil pan of the development machine must be tapped to drain the excess oil.
4. Check the oil level of power steering hydraulic oil. Before checking the oil surface, clean the cover of the storage tank, and ensure that dirt or dust cannot enter the storage tank during the inspection. If not, add the same type of hydraulic oil.
5. Check engine supercharger oil pipe. Check the turbocharger inlet pipe and return pipe whether there is damage or signs of oil leakage, if there is to be repaired in time.
6.Check tyre pressure and condition of tractor. Check the pressure of each tire with a tire barometer, and inflate if the pressure is insufficient;
Check whether there are cuts on the side of the tire, check whether the tread is cracked or uneven wear, such damage will cause tire perforation or shooting, if there is such a sign to be replaced immediately; Check whether there is foreign body on the tire surface hanging on the tread pattern, if there is, it must be attached to the foreign body removed; Check the tread pattern depth, if the depth is less than 1. 6 mm, the tire must be replaced; When measuring, the circumference of the tire is divided into six equal parts to measure six points.
7. Check whether the electrical equipment, wiring harness and other components friction, damage or iron phenomenon. After the above items are checked, turn the key switch to the "ON" position and check the instrument and indicator light. At this time only voltmeter, fuel gauge work; Engine oil pressure alarm light, parking brake light, low pressure alarm light, charging failure light, air preheating light, if there are other light should be checked or repaired accordingly. Start the engine after the above conditions are normal.
8. Check the working condition of each instrument. The engine oil pressure gauge should be within the normal oil pressure range, if at qiao. If there is no oil pressure display and the oil alarm light does not go out, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to find out the reason. The lowest oil pressure for idle operation is 70 kPa; The minimum oil pressure in normal operation is not less than 210 kPa. The pointer of the fuel gauge should also be between normal; The pointer of the coolant thermometer shall be within the range of the dial; Voltmeter pointer should be above 24 V.
9. The matching of farm tools and tractors should be reasonable. When the efficiency of tractor is greater than that of farm tools, the operation economy is poor and the farm tools are easily damaged. When the efficiency of farm tools is greater than that of tractors, the power of tractors is poor, and the operation efficiency of farm tools is low, or even can not be operated. Therefore, when selecting agricultural machinery and tools, the supporting power on the manual of farm tools should be consistent with the power of the supporting tractor, and the speed of farm tools must be consistent with the power output speed of the tractor. Before the farm tools are connected with the tractor suspension mechanism, necessary adjustments should be made according to the "Operation Instruction for farm tools".
10. Before the use of power output shaft to drive farm implements, should check the tractor and drive farm implements matching rationality, general farming, should make the power output shaft and universal joint drive shaft Angle is not greater than 10°, after the farm tools turned to lift, power output shaft and farm tool input shaft and drive shaft Angle is not greater than 30°. At the same time should also check the universal drive shaft of the farm implements, Whether the safety clutch is effective, the safety clutch should slip in the case of overload.
11. When the tractor carries out heavy load operations in the field or works on wet and soft soil, it is usually connected with the front drive axle. When the tractor does general transportation operations on the hard road, it is not allowed to engage the front drive axle, otherwise it will cause early wear of the front wheel.
