2. Long distance transportation by truck, the machine must pay special attention to safety when getting on and off the truck, to the cutting table to the highest position, with the lowest gear, the use of the main clutch is strictly prohibited, that is, the walking clutch can not be separated. When the machine is put on the car, it should be put on the back car. When the machine is unloaded, it should be put on the back car. If possible, the loading and unloading method can be used.
Ⅱ, running-in test run
The new harvester or overhauled harvester must be run in and tested before being put into operation.
1. Before operation, check whether the assembly position of each part is correct, whether the clearance of moving parts is appropriate, whether the fastener connection is firm, and add enough fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water.
2. Put the main gear lever in neutral and combine cutting, sending and disengaging clutches.
3. No vehicle test run should be less than 30 minutes. The test speed increases gradually from slow, stop after the test run. Check the tightness of fasteners, conveyor belts and transmission chains, check the tightness of belts and transmission parts and bearings for heating, and make appropriate adjustments if necessary.
4. After the fixed test run, the running test run can be carried out on a relatively flat road to check whether the steering brake is flexible and reliable, whether the joystick is stuck, whether the moving parts are in place normally, whether the connecting bolt is loose, and whether the welding parts are unsoldered and cracked.
5. Load operation and debugging. The first choice is in a good rice field, that is, the height of the rice stalk is medium (about 80 cm), the maturity is moderate, and the soil is dry. Use 2-3 gears to run in the harvest load for 4 hours. During the trial cutting, observe the operation of the working parts, and adjust and eliminate the problems in time.
Ⅲ, maintenance
1, maintenance before operation
1) Engine maintenance: maintenance should be carried out according to the operation manual of the engine, check the lubricating oil, diesel oil and cooling water, clean the engine air filter every 3-5 days, replace the oil of the filter, and check the fastening of the main parts.
2) Maintenance of harvester: check loose fasteners and connectors; Check whether the belts and chains are well adjusted; Fill lubricating oil at each lubricating oil point according to the regulations; After starting, the machine will run idle and check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon.
2, after work maintenance
1) Clean up the sand and weeds on the machine.
2) Check whether the wearing parts need to be adjusted and replaced.
3) Check the tension of each transmission belt and transmission chain, and adjust it if necessary.
4) Check the oil pressure surface of the power machine, gearbox, hydraulic and oil tank. When insufficient, it should be added. At the same time, enough fuel and cooling water should be added, and lubricating oil should be added at the lubrication points of the cutter and transmission chain.
3. Maintenance after the end of the harvest season
1) Clean up and clean the debris and sediment, open the drum cover, cut the bottom to clear the grain in the threshing drum, concave plate screen and horizontal lifting auger.
2) Check the deformation and wear of each component. Deformed ones should be reshaped, and severely damaged ones should be replaced.
3) Loosen the normal belts and chains.
4) Remove the power cord of the battery, pour out the battery liquid, rinse it with distilled water, and then add the battery liquid when it is used in the next season, so as to prolong the service life of the battery.
5) The handle of threshing clutch should be put in the separating position.
6) All moving parts, such as bearings, supporting wheels and tensioning wheels, should be filled with butter or oil. All kinds of chains should be disassembled and cleaned, then soaked in oil and reassembled. After cleaning the cutter, it should be coated with oil for rust prevention.
7) Store the cutting table as close as possible, and put boards under the cutting table.
8) The storage place should be ventilated and dry. The track of the harvester should not contact with gasoline, oil and other substances, and should not be stored in the open air.
