1. The staff should read the instructions carefully, and the fuel, cooling water and lubricating oil must be filled up before working.
2. Carry out shift maintenance of the machine and tools in strict accordance with the operation instructions. The lubricating oil should be filled up, and the fasteners and transmission parts should not be loosened or detached.
3. Cleaning the tractor radiator. Avoid too much debris blocking machine heat dissipation when working, radiator should be cleaned regularly. 4. Clean the air filter. The air filter is also easy to be blocked by debris, which will cause the power of the machine to decline and emit black smoke. When the machine is serious, it will be difficult to start and automatic flameout in operation. Therefore, it is very necessary to clean the air filter frequently. In addition, the filter can be prepared and cleaned every 4 to 6 hours.
4, check whether each welding point cracks, deformation, wearing parts focus on the straw cutter hammer claw, transmission belt, each chain, gear, wire rope and other serious wear, one by one to eliminate hidden dangers.
5, before operation need to start the engine to see whether the lift suspension system is normal, check the control mechanism, indication signs, lighting and steering system. Engage the power, gently release the clutch, check whether the working parts of the unit is normal, there is no abnormal sound, etc.
Use method and matters needing attention of corn harvester
1. Matters that should be paid attention to during operation.
① Before the operation of the corn harvester, the clutch of the working parts should be smoothly combined, the throttle should be increased from small to large, and the harvesting operation can only start when the rated speed is stable.
② When the corn harvester works in the field, it is necessary to check the cutting and crushing quality and stubble height regularly, and adjust the height of the cutting table at any time according to the situation.
③ Check the work of the ear picking device according to the number of grains thrown to the ground. The loss of grains should not exceed 0.5% of the total amount of corn grains. When the loss is large, check whether the working gaps between the ear picking boards are correct.
④ The corn harvester should be properly interrupted to work for 1 to 2 minutes, so that the working parts run empty, so as to exclude all corn ears, grains and other residues from the working parts, and not allow the blockage of the working parts. When the working parts are blocked, the plug should be shut down in time, otherwise it will lead to increased friction of the corn harvester and damage of parts.
⑤ When the corn harvester turns or runs along the corn line when there are puddles, the cutting table should be raised to the transport position. When there are ditches in the field, the corn harvester can only work along the direction of the ditch.
2. Operation test run.
In the first 30 hours of operation, it is suggested that the speed of the harvester be 20% ~ 25% lower than the normal speed. The normal operating speed can be carried out according to the recommended working speed in the manual. After the test run, the assembly fastening degree of each component, the correctness of assembly adjustment, the working state of electrical equipment, etc., should be thoroughly checked. Replace all lubricants in reducer and closing gearbox.
3. No load test run.
① Separate the engine clutch and put the gear lever in neutral position.
② Start the engine and engage the clutch at low speed. When all working parts and various mechanisms run normally, gradually increase the engine speed until the rated speed, and then make the harvester run at the rated speed.
③When running, carry out the following checks: start the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic system in order to check the working situation of the hydraulic system, the sealing situation of the hydraulic pipeline and the hydraulic parts; Check the braking condition of the harvester (in motion). After running for 20 minutes, separate the engine clutch once, check whether the bearing is overheated, the transmission of the belt and chain, and the fastening of the connecting parts. When all the gears are used to engage the working parts in turn, the harvester should be run as a test, and attention should be paid to each part during operation. The air test time of the corn harvester shall be no less than 3 hours, and the air test time on the road shall be no less than 1 hour.
