1. The potentiometer with length control is at zero
The strip length control potentiometer is located second from the left on the front panel switch plate. Adjust clockwise, the length of the strip is long, otherwise it is short; If it's at zero, it doesn't come out.
2. The strap is not correct.
Open the right door and wear the belt correctly according to the "belt wearing process method" or the tape wearing diagram indicated in the instruction manual.
3. Foreign body in upper and lower extension.
Packing machine used for a long time, and failed to clean and maintain in time, resulting in stolen goods inside the machine, so that the belt is not smooth and free, should be more cleaning and maintenance.
4. The clearance of feeding roller is incorrect.
The clearance between the belt feeding rollers of a pair of semi-automatic balers is very important for normal belt feeding. The clearance adjustment should refer to the instruction manual. Carefully adjust until the clearance of the conveyor is only 0.05~1mm more than the thickness of the belt.
5. The selected belt is too thick or too thin.
Because there are many manufacturers of packing belt, the thickness is not consistent, should be selected according to the requirements; If it is not possible, please carefully adjust the clearance of the roller in accordance with the instructions.
6. The electromagnet does not work properly.
The electromagnet does not work. First check whether the soldering joint of the electromagnet line falls off, and then check whether the coil is burnt out. If both are normal, check whether the electromagnet is displaced or blocked by stolen goods, so that the bullet can not move freely.

1. There are foreign bodies in the upper and lower extension.
There is a foreign body in the upper and lower extension or the countersunk head screw that fixed the guide belt is loose, and the packing belt is stuck. Remove upper extension to remove foreign body.
2. Cross bar bearing is broken.
The balance position of the bar is not adjusted properly, which is easy to cause the bar to break. The instructions should be correctly adjusted in place.
3. Improper belt clearance.
Because the back roller has the effect of tightening the belt, in the adjustment of the advance and retreat belt roller clearance, should be given priority to the back roller, adjust to the back roller clearance is 0.05 to 0.1mm more than the thickness of the belt.
