The hydraulic flip plow has a reasonable and compact structure and is easy to use. The main frame beam, traction beam and reinforcement beam form a triangular flip plow frame. The auxiliary frame beam enhances the deformation resistance of the plow frame. The suspension traction device pulls the flip plow through the traction shaft. The plow frame is turned over by the turning device, and the tilling depth is adjusted by the adjustable depth-limiting device, which is safe, labor-saving, simple and efficient.
Maintenance and maintenance of the flip plow:
1. After each shift, the soil and weeds on the plough body, coulters and depth-limiting wheels should be removed. It is forbidden to fix all bolts. Check the flexibility of the lifting mechanism and the tilling depth adjustment mechanism. Check and repair deformed parts. Add main lubricating oil to each rotating part. Check the safety pin status. Check whether the oil cylinder and oil pipe are leaking.
2. Normal work is 80-100 hours. In addition to shift maintenance, regular maintenance should be done, mainly to check the wear of the front and rear walls of the ploughshare, and the side plates of the plough. If they need to be replaced, they should be replaced in time. Check the wear and tear of the ratchet wheel and long iron of the traction plow lifting mechanism.
3. After the end of each tilling season, the round coulter, depth limiting wheel, tilling width adjuster screw and bearing should be disassembled for cleaning. Comprehensively check the technical status of the plough, replace worn or deformed parts.
