Production Engineering:

This project plans to use steam machinery to produce refined salt by recompression technology.

Sodium chloride into the dissolving tank raw materials, and add into condensed water slurry into the circulation dissolver by pump, slurry pump circulate in the loop dissolver, and from the bottom of the supplementary condensate, saturated brine with a small amount of crystals into settler, after the settlement of the liquid into two stage reaction barrels to remove calcium and magnesium, clear liquid after precipitation reaction into pure barrels, again by workshop evaporation salt pump to evaporation.

In the evaporating shop, the saturated brine is filtered and preheated into the evaporating crystallizer and circulated through the circulating pump in the evaporating chamber, circulating pipe and heating pipe. In the initial stage, fresh foreign currency steam is required to indirectly heat the brine to the boiling point in the heating chamber. The brine below the boiling point will enter the evaporator to boil and generate secondary steam. The secondary steam after purification will be inhaled by the steam compressor. After the normal start, the steam compressor will be the secondary steam inhalation, after pressurization into heating steam, so that the continuous flow of circulation evaporation, in this way, the original to be discarded low steam will be fully utilized, recovery of latent heat, and improve the thermal efficiency. The evaporated water eventually becomes condensed water after being cooled by preheating. In addition to starting up, only a small amount of raw steam is needed to compensate for the heat loss during the entire evaporative production process.

The salt slurry is initially separated by a cyclone and then separated by a centrifuge. The mother liquor is returned to the evaporation system, and the obtained solid is iodized and then dried in the drying bed. The dried product is screened to obtain the refined salt product.
