1. Clean the machine. Open the inspection hole cover of each part of the machine, remove all the protective cover, remove the remaining debris in the drum room, the bridge conveying room, remove the small shaking plate, cleaning chamber bottom shell, fan volute inside and outside, gearbox outside, cutting table, bridge, engine exterior and other parts of the remaining straw weeds and soil debris. After cleaning, start the machine and let the working parts run at high speed for 3-5 minutes to drain all the residual materials. Then wash the outside of the machine with water and run the machine at high speed for 3-5 minutes to remove any remaining water.
2. Lubrication. According to the combine harvester's lubrication diagram, lubrication table and diesel engine specifications for comprehensive lubrication, and then with small throttle idling diesel engine 5-10 minutes.
3. Maintain the knife. First separate the moving and fixed knife, remove the soil and other residual objects attached to the knife, check whether the riveting of the blade is loose, whether the wear is excessive, whether the blade is deformed, if it is loose, it should be riveted in time, if the wear is excessive, it should be replaced, if the deformation of the blade should be corrected. Then according to the requirements of the assembly, after the installation of the gap between the fixed blade in 0.20 mm, the power rod should slip smoothly, no stuck phenomenon, and then coated with oil rust.
4. Overhaul the threshing drum. Replace the threshing arch teeth with excessive wear, and correct and repair the lateral arch teeth.
5. Check fasteners. If any fastener is loose or loose, it should be repaired and tightened in time.
6. Check the transmission chain. Remove and clean each transmission chain, check whether there are cracks and other qualitative changes in each chain sleeve, find problems, and replace them in time.
7. Maintain the transmission belt. Remove all transmission belts and check whether they slip or burn or are aged or damaged due to long service time. If so, replace them. Belts that can continue to be used should be cleaned, smeared with talcum powder, packed in position and adjusted as required before the next harvest.
8. Brush and paint. Clean up the metal removing paint on each surface of the machine and brush the paint.
9. Adjust thread for each adjustment place. Coated with grease, the pulling wheel, cutting table to the lowest position, lifting plunger rod into the cylinder.
