(2) Do not ignore the wear of the triangle belt pulley with groove. Small tractors in use, sometimes insufficient power, one of the important reasons is the diesel engine triangle pulley and clutch pulley belt groove wear. Due to the wear of the belt pulley groove, the belt moves in the groove, and the tension of the three belts is also different. The friction force is not enough, and the belt produces serious skidding when transmitting power, thus reducing the transmission efficiency. Check whether the belt belt groove wear method is to take three triangle belt with the same width, installed on the belt pulley, worn belt groove drop is large, if the bottom groove with groove are worn, to replace the new parts. (4) When disassembling the triangle belt, the tensioning wheel should be loosened, the position of the power machine on the slide or the moving disk of the variable speed pulley should be pushed away, and the belt should not be pry or stripped from the pulley rim with an iron rod. If necessary, you can turn the belt wheel to coil the belt up, but do not force it so as not to damage the internal structure of the belt. If it is difficult to attach the new belt to the pulley, remove a tensioning wheel, put on the belt, and then put the tensioning wheel back.
(5) Check whether the center line of the two belt wheels is parallel, whether the corresponding belt pulley groove is aligned, and whether there is deflection phenomenon. If the two axes are not parallel, it will cause different belt tensioning, and the belt with small tensioning vibrates. If the corresponding wheel grooves are not aligned, and the deviation occurs, the triangle belt will appear "edge bite" phenomenon, which aggravates the wear of the triangle belt, and the triangle belt will fall off when it is serious. When the above situation occurs, the position on the engine can also be determined by fine-tuning, so that the triangle belt meets the correct assembly requirements. Transmission, such as pulley swing phenomenon, should check whether the shaft and pulley deformation, pulley installation is skewed and bearing excessive wear. When installing and adjusting the two adjusting wheels of the CVT pulley, there shall be no deviation phenomenon.

Generally, it is not allowed to reduce the number of triangle belt roots, otherwise it can not fully transfer the power of the diesel engine, and the triangle belt should try to avoid exposure to the sun.
(7) When the tractor drives the fixed working machinery, belt transmission is usually used. When connecting the fixed operation machinery, we should pay attention to the belt pulley on the tractor and the belt pulley on the fixed operation machinery, set the belt, adjust the tension, and fix firmly.
