Correct use of seeder should master the following points:
(1) After the seeder is connected with the tractor, it shall not tilt, and the frame shall be in a horizontal state before and after the work.
(2) before the formal sowing, the first 10-20 meters in the field, observe the work of the seeder, to meet the agronomic requirements after the formal sowing.
(3) first sow the ground horizontally, so as to avoid rolling the ground hard and causing too shallow sowing depth.
(4) when sowing, often observe the working situation of the row device, ditching device, covering device and transmission mechanism, such as blockage, clay, grass, seed cover is not strict, timely elimination.
(5) When the seeder is working, it is forbidden to backslide or turn sharply. The lifting or landing of the seeder should be carried out slowly to avoid damage to the parts.
(6) During operation, the seeds in the seed box shall not be less than 1/5 of the volume of the seed box; When transporting or transferring the plot, the seed box shall not contain the seeds, let alone other heavy objects.
(7) Adjustment, repair, lubrication or cleaning of tangled grass must be carried out after parking.
Several methods of troubleshooting in time:
(1) Seed metering device does not row seed. The main reason is that the transmission gear is not engaged, or the row shaft head row gear square hole wear, adjustment, maintenance or replacement.
(2) Individual seed metering device does not work. The reason is that the seed rack or seed feeder mouth in individual seed box is blocked by sundries, so clean and seed should be used instead. If the connecting pin between the seed row shaft and individual seed row groove wheel is broken, the pin should be replaced; If the insert board of individual row planting box is not opened, the insert board should be opened.
(3) Seed metering device, but there are no seeds in individual seed groove. The reason is that the ditcher or seed pipe is blocked (mostly in the ditcher on the ground wheel). The blockage should be cleaned up and corresponding measures should be taken to prevent debris from falling into the ditcher.
(4) The row does not stop, out of control. The reason is that the separation pin of the clutch brace falls off or the separation gap is too small. The pin should be re-installed and locked, or the separation gap should be adjusted.
(5) row seed intermittently, sowing uneven. The reason is that the transmission gear meshing clearance is too large, the gear skid, should be adjusted; The spring of clutch is too weak, the gear should slip, the spring should be adjusted or replaced.
