8. Regularly clean, check, tighten, adjust, lubricate, add and replace vulnerable parts and other operations for all parts of the combine harvester.

(4) Check the threshing device. The main reason is that the concave plate clearance of the drum speed should meet the requirements, with higher speed and smaller clearance, but it should not cause grain breakage and drum blockage.
⑤ The inspection of the separation device and the cleaning device, and the inspection of the draft-by-draft device should be appropriate to the flexible rotation of the crankshaft after tightening. The axial flow drum separation device is mainly to see whether the cylinder rotation is light, flexible and reliable.
⑥ Check other items. Whether there are cracks in the welding parts, whether all kinds of oil and water are clean enough, whether the fasteners are firm, whether the movement of rotating parts is flexible and reliable, whether the control device is flexible, accurate and reliable, especially the hydraulic control mechanism, must be accurate when using.

10. Ensure the integrity of the combine harvester by keeping it when it is idle.
