Cause of failure:
1. Due to long-term use or improper adjustment, the free stroke of the brake pedal is too large. Even if the pedal is stepped on to the end, it can not make the friction surface of the brake hold each other or press each other, causing the braking force to weaken.
2. Brake oil seal failure or rubber sealing ring aging, damage, oil or mud into the brake, the brake friction sheet surface skid, reduce braking efficiency.
3. The friction surface of the brake is seriously worn, so that the gap between the friction surface increases, or the rivet is exposed, so that the actual friction surface is reduced, and the brake is weak.
4. The steel ball of the disc brake is corroded and stuck, and the brake drum of the belt brake is deformed, which affects the braking effect.
Troubleshooting:
1. Adjust the free stroke of the brake pedal to the specified value.
2. Replace the oil seal or rubber seal ring, clean the oil or water on the friction surface of the brake with kerosene or gasoline, and air dry before use.
3. Replace the brake friction plate.
