2. Incorrect strap.
Open the right door and put on the belt correctly according to the "process of putting on the belt" or the diagram of putting on the belt indicated in the manual.
3. There are foreign bodies in the upper and lower extension.
Packing machine used for a long time, and not timely cleaning and maintenance, resulting in the accumulation of stolen goods in the machine, so that the belt is not smooth, should be more cleaning and maintenance.
4. The gap of feeding roller is incorrect.
A pair of semi-automatic baler feeding roller gap size is very important for normal feeding, clearance adjustment refer to the instructions. Carefully adjust, adjust to the belt roller gap only 0.05-1mm more than the belt thickness can be.
5. The PP belt is too thick or too thin.
Because there are many PP packing belt manufacturers, the thickness is inconsistent, should be selected according to the requirements; If this is not possible, carefully adjust the clearance of the belt roller according to the instructions.
The electromagnet is not working properly.
The electromagnet doesn't work. First check whether the electromagnet connection welding head falls off, and then check whether the coil is burned out. If both are normal, should check whether the electromagnet displacement, or blocked by stolen goods, so that the bullet can not move freely.
Two. Baler does not return the belt.
1. There are foreign bodies in the upper and lower extension.
There are foreign bodies in the upper and lower extension or the countersunk screw fixing the belt piece is loose, and the packing belt is stuck. Remove the upper extension to remove foreign bodies.
2. The bearing of cross bar 635 is broken.
Improper adjustment of the balance position of the bar is easy to cause the bar to break. The instructions should be properly adjusted in place.
3. Improper backband clearance.
Due to the role of the backbelt roller to tighten the belt, the backbelt roller should be the main when adjusting the gap between the backbelt roller and the belt. Adjust to the backbelt roller gap 0.05 to 0.1mm more than the belt thickness
