1 Introduction

3 Side arm mower

The integrated grass strips are parallel to the direction of the machine. The shape of the grass strip is neat, loose and uniform, the moving distance of the grass is small, less inclusions, suitable for high yield natural grassland and artificial grassland. According to the different forms of the working parts, it can be divided into drum, finger wheel and rotary.

 

Drum rake machine

The main working component is a straw roller rotating around a horizontal axis. The end face of the drum and the forward direction of the machine into a included Angle, that is, the forward Angle; The Angle between the rotary end face of the drum and the tooth bar is the drum Angle. It can be divided into two kinds: right Angle drum type and oblique Angle drum type. The roller Angle of the former is 90°, and the forward Angle is 45°. The roller Angle of the latter is less than 90°, and the forward Angle is greater than 90°; The quality of the grass is higher and the loss of the grass is smaller. The roller is composed of 3 ~ 6 parallel tooth bars equipped with rows of spring teeth. Therefore, the direction of spring teeth is always parallel to each other during the rotation of the roller. During operation, the spring teeth move forward randomly and rotate around the horizontal axis at the same time. After the action of the spring teeth, the grass on the ground forms a continuous grass strip on the side of the roller in the same direction as the forward direction, which is loose and neat, which is conducive to the drying of the grass and subsequent operation. The size of the grass strip is directly related to the grass yield per unit area of the pasture. It is suitable for the pasture with high yield. In the low-yield grassland, in order to collect the larger grass, the double row configuration of the drum can be used. Some drum type lawn machine can also change the direction of rotation of the drum, grass turning operation. According to the hanging way can be divided into traction type and suspension type two. The latter is driven by the tractor power output shaft to rotate the drum, the former is driven by the walking wheel, the rotation speed of the drum and the forward speed of the machine to maintain a certain proportion, at the same time, there is a larger gap in front of the drum, conducive to the grass.

 

Finger wheel rake

It is composed of a number of finger wheels arranged in parallel on the rack shaft. It has simple structure and no transmission device. During operation, the finger wheel touches the ground and rotates by the friction of the ground, hugging the grass to one side and forming continuous and neat grass strips. The Angle between the finger wheel plane and the forward direction of the machine is generally 135°. The operation speed can be up to 15 km/h or more, suitable for collecting high yield forage grass, residual crop straw, and residual film in the soil. To change the Angle between the plane of the finger wheel and the direction of the machine, the grass turning operation can be carried out.

 

Rotary lawn arm

According to the type of rotating parts there are two kinds of rake type and spring gear type. Each rotating part of the rotary rake rake is equipped with 6 ~ 8 rake rake. During operation, the tractor pulls forward, the rake is driven by the power output shaft, controlled by the fixed CAM installed in the middle, rotating around the central axis at the same time itself also rotates, so as to complete the grass, grass and other actions. Rotary spring gear grass machine is installed around a rotating part of a number of spring teeth, spring teeth open by rotating centrifugal force, to hug the grass operation.
