In order to improve the service life of the tractor, the operator needs to master a complete set of operating guidelines, which are embodied in the process of driving the tractor. The operator needs to do the following.
Don't overload. Overload is the main "disease root" affecting the life of tractor, the overload operation of tractor will cause engine overheating, so that the moving parts of poor lubrication and premature wear. The overload is mainly caused by several reasons: agricultural machinery and tools are not matched, "small horse and big car"; The loading, tillage range and tillage depth is too large; The car; The roads are bad.
Don't let it get too cold. The operating temperature of the engine is 75℃ - 85℃. When the tractor is working, it should start at 40℃ and work at 60℃. If necessary, adjust the opening of the thermal insulation curtain or heat water to solve the problem of temperature discomfort.
Do not overheat. Excessive engine temperature will cause poor lubrication, which will accelerate the wear of moving parts. The main reasons for engine overheating are: too little cooling water; The fan belt is too loose. Engine overload; The thermal insulation curtain is not opened; The temperature saving valve fails to close the small circulation position of cooling water; Severe wear of pump impeller; Too much scale; Heat dissipation core blockage; There are sundries blocked between the heat sink; Improper assembly, loss of lubrication, or other causes of abnormal friction.
Don't slam the gas door. On the one hand, the door will make the movement of the extra impact; On the other hand, the fierce refueling door makes the amount of oil sprayed into the cylinder increases rapidly, and the air in the cylinder is disproportionate to the fuel, which will cause poor combustion, resulting in black smoke from the engine, increased combustion carbon accumulation, resulting in machine wear and fuel waste.
Tire pressure should not be too high or too low, try to stay away from oil and fire, avoid sharp edges and potholes on the ground, the road is not normal, to slow down, to avoid accelerating. Reduce the number of braking times as far as possible, do not brake violently, should be predictive driving, when necessary with braking. Do not put your foot on the brake pedal while driving, and choose the proper gear when going downhill. Gear is too high, it is necessary to increase the number of braking; The gear is too low and the tractor slides downhill, speeding up tire wear. Don't use forced acceleration after you get stuck, as this will cause tires to skid and aggravate wear.
Should be based on different road conditions and load, choose different gear, each tractor has its best economic speed.
