How to operate the corn harvester under special circumstances
1. How to operate in windy weather
In windy weather operation, corn harvester do not run downwind, in case the harvester can not work properly; The air inlet on the windward side of the grain cleaning mechanism should be reduced, and the air inlet on the leeward side should be increased, in order to reduce the loss of grain blowing belt and improve the quality of grain cleaning.
2. How to operate the slope
Try to avoid cross slope driving operation; Long distance uphill harvest, should be adjusted to the rear of the sieve, the selection of larger sieve, inlet opening should be reduced to reduce food loss; When harvesting short distance uphill, there is no need to adjust; The back of the sieve should be lowered when harvesting long distances downhill.
3. How to operate the wet field
When the corn harvester is operating in low ground, the driving device of the harvester should be modified into crawler or half-crawler to harvest crops in time. When the mud foot depth is large, increase the width of the ground wheel of the unit to strengthen the anti-slip ability and expand the ground area as far as possible to prevent the machine from sinking.
4. How to operate lodging crops
Appropriately reduce the forward speed of the unit; Correctly select the harvesting direction of the unit, the unit forward direction should be opposite to the direction of crop lodging (called reverse cutting), or 45 with the lodging crop. The Angle between left and right (called side cut); Appropriate to dial the wheel forward, downward adjustment, to ensure smooth dial, normal cutting.
5. How to operate low-growing crops
The cutting table and potting wheel for appropriate adjustment and modification, cutting table height adjustment should maintain stubble not higher than 15cm and the cutter does not eat soil, if the stubble is too low, the cutter eating soil will accelerate cutter wear, tooth breakage and damage, potting wheel downward and backward for proper adjustment, in order to harvest normally; Increase the forward speed of the unit to ensure the normal threshing feeding amount; Harvesting along the sowing row reduces the strong vibration of the corn harvester caused by increased forward speed and reduces harvesting losses.
6. How to operate over-dry and over-ripe crops
Add canvas strip on the wood turning plate of the corn harvester to increase the buffering effect of the dialing wheel in the dialing and reduce the loss of grain; Reduce the height of the potting wheel, so that the potting wheel does not hit the head of the crop, in order to reduce grain drop; Reduce the rotary speed of the potting wheel to reduce the number of hits on cutting crops.
