Poor cleanliness of seeds:
The reason. The air volume of the fan is insufficient, mostly because the fan belt drive slips, or because the screw of the fan belt wheel is loose, so that the speed of the fan can not reach the design index or form the empty rotation of the belt wheel.
Adjustment and repair method. Check the tightness of the fan drive belt and adjust the tensioning wheel properly. If the fastening screw of the fan belt pulley is loose, tighten it. Reduce the feeding amount or adjust the feeding gap correctly.
Excessive grain breakage:
The reason. Threshing gap is too small or roller speed is too high; The feed is uneven or the grain is too dry or wet.
Adjustment and repair method. Check whether the threshing gap is correct, generally threshing wheat small gap should not be less than 4mm; In addition, it is necessary to check whether the selection of roller belt pulley and power belt pulley is reasonable and accurate. If there is any problem, it should be adjusted or replaced.
Excessive grains discharged from dust outlet:
The reason. The exhaust air volume is too large; The hole in the concave plate is blocked.
Adjustment and repair method. Check whether the speed of the fan meets the requirements and whether the diameter of the fan pulley is properly selected. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust it. Plug of concave plate hole after shutdown and power off.
Severe blockage:
The reason. Grain is too wet, feeding amount is too large; The roller speed is too low.
Adjustment and repair method. Appropriately reduce the feeding amount, and keep the feeding uniform; Check whether the motor power is sufficient or whether the voltage is too low; If the roller grain rod is damaged, it should be repaired in time; Repair or replace the concave plate; Adjust the tension of feeding chain, and check the tension of vacuuming fan belt and fan speed.
