Three, the spring temperature is unstable, changeable, the correct use of power mechanical cooling system can not be ignored. First of all, we must master the normal operating temperature of the engine. When the water temperature reaches more than 40℃, we can run under empty load. Only above 60℃ can load operation begin; The normal working temperature should be kept between 80-90℃ to reduce unnecessary wear of the engine. Second, when the machine is started at low temperature, it should be preheated. Third, use clean cooling water, treated tap water or clean well water. Fourth, after work every day, when the water temperature drops to below 70℃, you can put the water in the water tank and the body, and cover the "no water" card.
4. When carrying out rotary tillage, sowing, transportation and other operations, tractors should strictly abide by the operation rules. Driving without license and overloaded operation are strictly prohibited to ensure safe production.
Correct use of fuel oil. At present, most agricultural machinery is diesel, so it is important to use diesel properly. The use of clean diesel oil is beneficial both to improve the production efficiency of agricultural machinery and to protect machinery. Newly purchased diesel oil standing precipitation for more than 4 days, and when refueling will funnel filter, add a layer of silk, and should be regularly cleaned or replaced.
Keep the machine and tools clean. Most agricultural machinery operations in the field, open-air operations, often and dust, silt, water contact, easy dirty machine. Therefore, it is necessary to often clean dirty parts, especially the filter element of the oil filter, air filter and other key parts, to strengthen inspection, regular cleaning; For the exterior of the fuselage, dirt should be removed in time so that the fuselage does not rust, and paint should be given when necessary to prevent rust.
