1. Oil leakage from the oil supply switch of the fuel tank: The reason is that the graphite and asbestos oil seal at the switch is damaged.
Elimination: 1) Remove the switch, take out the packing, use oil-resistant rubber sheets to make two round pads with an outer diameter of 1 mm larger than the switch housing hole and an inner diameter of 1.50 mm larger than the handle screw rod, and clamp the rubber pad between the steel pads. Then put them on the handle screw together and tighten the gland device. 2)Wrap graphite and asbestos rope between the two steel pads and fill it up, and tighten the gland device.
2. Oil leakage from the oil tank drain tap: the reason is that the steel ball inside the tap may fail.
Exclusion: Replace the steel ball (the diameter is 15 mm, and the steel ball in the bearing with an inner diameter of 80 mm can be used as a substitute).
3. Oil leakage from the tubing bell mouth: the reason is that the tubing bell mouth cone and the bell mouth seat are not well sealed.
Exclusion: 1) Screw the end of the horn first when screwing the connector. 2) After grinding the bell mouth joint, apply sealant on the cone surface, then tighten or saw off the bell mouth, and re-expand 1 piece with an expander.
4. The hollow screw joint leaks oil: the reason is 1) The end surface of the oil pipe joint and the gasket are not flat; 2) The screw hole on the shell is uneven.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: grind the joints and washers flat. Flatten the hexagonal inner surface of the hollow screw, and then tighten it or apply sealant on both sides of the washer.
5. Oil leakage at the joint surface of the housing: the reason is that the oil leakage at the joint surface of the oil pan, cylinder head, valve cover, timing gear chamber cover, gearbox cover, starter gearbox cover, etc. is usually caused by The fasteners are not tightened, and the gasket is damaged or failed.
Exclude: 1) Do the tightening work frequently. 2) For parts that are not frequently disassembled such as paper pads, red glue can be applied to both sides of the paper pad; 3) Asbestos mats should be used at the joint surfaces of frequently disassembled parts such as valve chamber cover and filter housing. And apply lead oil on the pad. When tightening, the bolts at the location should be tightened symmetrically several times. In addition, it should be ensured that the gasket is intact, the joint surface of the parts is flat and clean, and the parts are free from misalignment and deformation.
6. Oil leakage at each joystick shaft: The reason is 1) The sealing gasket is damaged. 2) The clearance between the shaft and the hole increases.
Elimination: According to the diameter of the shaft, suitable oil-resistant rubber can be used as a washer, the inner diameter of which is 1-3 mm smaller than the shaft diameter, and it can be installed on the shaft surface in contact with the hole wall and pressed.
7. Engine oil leakage in crankcase: The reason is that the paper pad is damaged or the screws are loose.
Remedy: Remove the oil pan and remove the gasket for inspection. If the gasket is intact, wipe it clean and apply a layer of red glue; if it is damaged, replace it with a new gasket. Apply a layer of red glue. The screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly.
8. Oil leakage from high-pressure tubing: The reason is that after long-term use of the high-pressure tubing, the taper of the joint has worn out, resulting in a loose seal.
Elimination: Put a plastic pipe with a length of 1-2 mm and a diameter of about 5 mm at the fitting place of the cone surface of the high-pressure tubing and the cone hole, or pad a copper washer with an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the tubing and an appropriate outer diameter, or replace with a new high-pressure tubing .
9. The gearbox leaks gear oil: the reason is 1) The matching clearance between the gearbox bearing and the shaft hole is too large; 2) The oil seal is worn and aged.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: the box shaft hole gap is too large, and the inserting method can be used to repair it. If oil leakage occurs due to wear and aging of the oil seal, the oil seal should be replaced.
10. Oil leakage of support rollers, supporting rollers and guide wheels: 1) The rubber sealing sleeve is worn and aged; 2) The sealing ring is severely worn.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: replace the rubber sealing sleeve in time. Replace the upper sealing ring. The two rough joint surfaces of the sealing ring must be properly ground, and a layer of graphite grease shall be applied to both sides. After installation, water and dirt shall not enter when walking for 24 hours.
11. Oil leakage at the oil filling port and the oil drain: the reason is 1) The thread and pitch of the seals such as diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic oil tank, diesel coarse and fine filter, high pressure oil pump, oil pan, gearbox, etc. are inconsistent. 2) There is no sealing rubber for the diesel tank cover.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: keep the screw and pitch of the seal consistent, and all use fine buckles. Install sealant rubber.
