How to use wheat no-tillage planter

 

1. Preparation and adjustment before operation

 

(1) Fastening and oiling. Before using the machine, check the fastening parts and check whether the rotating parts are flexible. Add lubricating oil to chain drive and other rotating parts.

 

(2) Use of seeding (fertilizer) device. Wheat no-tillage seeder adopts semi-precision outer groove wheel type seed metering device. When sowing, pull out the pull plate. At the end of sowing, clean the seeds and push into the pull plate.

 

(3) Limit of suppression wheel. In the state of transportation, the rocker arms on both sides of the suppression wheel are fixed by the upper and lower limit pins of the fan plate; During operation, the upper limit pin must be released and placed in the appropriate hole position on the fan plate.

 

(4) Adjustment of seed metering device. Rough adjustment: loosen the locking nut of adjusting hand wheel, make the gear ring exit the meshing position, turn the hand wheel of adjusting seed amount until the feeding amount indicator reaches the predetermined position, be sure to lock the nut after adjustment. Fine adjustment: the crackdown on wheels, and suppress the rotating wheel, and all have a seed metering device after discharge, according to the normal speed and direction, the uniform rotation to suppress wheel lap 25 (machine operating area is 0.1 mu) pick up the seeds of all kinds of discharge tube, according to the exhaust pipe from the seed weight and total weight metering, calculate the average amount of seed. When adjusting the amount of sowing, the seeds (or fertilizer) in the seed (fertilizer) tank wheel shall be cleaned until the movement of the tank wheel is not affected. In order to meet the requirements of agronomy, serious and repeated debugging should be done. After adjustment, tighten the nut.

 

(5) Adjustment of fertilizer exhauster. Wheat no-till planters use only granular fertilizer. The adjustment of fertilizer discharge and seed discharge were carried out simultaneously in the same way.

 

(6) Adjustment of the level of machinery and tools around and before. Raise the machine and tools, so that the rotary knife and furrow opener off the ground, check whether the rotary knife tip, hook, machine and tools are left and right level, if inconsistent, adjust the tractor rear suspension right oblique pull rod. During the operation, the machine and tools should be in the same horizontal plane before and after, otherwise, the length of the upper pull rod in the tractor suspension device can be adjusted.

 

(7) Check the rotary clearance. Before operation, the relative position of rotary knife and trencher should be carefully checked to avoid collision.

 

2. Use and adjustment in operations

 

(1) Forward speed. Under the condition that the tractor is not overloaded and the stubble removal and seeding meet the agronomic requirements, the general forward speed is 3-4km/h.

 

(2) Starting. Start the tractor, rotating knife off the ground, combined with power output, idling for half a minute, hang up the work gear, slowly release the clutch, while operating hydraulic lifting, then increase the throttle, so that the machine gradually into the ground, until normal operation.

 

(3) sowing fertilization depth adjustment. A. By changing the length of the upper pull rod on the rear suspension of the tractor and the position of the upper limit pin of rocker arms on both sides of the two groups of suppression wheels, sowing and fertilizing depth and ploughing depth can be changed synchronously. B. The planting and fertilization depth can be adjusted by changing the installation height of seed and fertilizer ditcher, but the relative position of seed and fertilizer depth remains unchanged.

 

(4) Adjustment of the repressor. To change the suppression intensity, it can be achieved by changing the position of the rocker limit pins on both sides of the two groups of suppression wheels. The more the upper limit pins move down, the greater the suppression pressure.
