When walking for a long distance on the highway, the oil cylinder should also be locked, and the discharge cylinder should be turned back to the transport position and locked firmly.
Check the power connection and insulation frequently. The battery line and the lapping wire should not be loose. The wire is strictly prohibited from short circuit and there should be no oil stain to prevent fire.
The fire extinguisher equipped with the combine shall be placed in the prescribed position and in good condition.
The engine should be turned off when refueling, and refueling is not allowed in the harvest plot.
When inspecting hydraulic tubing, it is necessary to touch suspected leaks with cardboard or wood. When the tubing joint needs to be tightened, the hydraulic cylinder should be in a state of no load, so as not to hurt by high pressure oil.
The wrench, hammer and other tools used for maintenance of the machine must be counted after use, so as not to lose them in the machine and cause damage to the machine or hurt people when starting the machine.
When the combine harvester is working, do not go near the drain to avoid injury. When clearing the blockage, you must stop the machine.
When the combine harvester is harvesting or transferring land, no man is allowed outside the driver's room, and no man is allowed to stand or sit in any other part of the machine.
Obey the traffic rules when driving on the highway. Pay attention to the height, width and load when crossing Bridges and culverts.
